Red Collar Program Details

  1. Visit any Black Dog General Store or call Customer Service at 800-626-1991 to join, sign up is free!
  2. Points earned will be linked to Reward Member email address. The same email address must be used to earn and redeem reward points.
  3. Rewards Member email address must be used to gain points on online purchases.
  4. Certain exclusions may apply. Points will not be rewarded on shipping charges, gift card redemption, donations, or food service purchases.
  5. At this time rewards gift cards can only be redeemed at Black Dog General Stores. Rewards cards cannot be redeemed online (hopefully in the future) or at Food Service locations.
  6. For purchases made online, points will be calculated on the date the order is fulfilled, not on the day the purchase was made.
  7. Purchases made after 10pm will be calculated next day.
  8. The Black Dog reserves the right to update Red Collar Rewards Loyalty Program details at any time.
  9. Rank level points must be maintained yearly to keep tier status.
