How to Join?
Visit any Black Dog General Store or call Customer Service at 800-626-1991 to join, sign up is free!
How are points earned?
Points earned will be linked to Reward Member email address. The same email address must be used to earn and redeem reward points. Rewards Member email address must be used to gain points on online purchases.
When are points calculated?
For purchases made online, points will be calculated on the date the order is fulfilled, not on the day the purchase was made. Purchases made after 10pm will be calculated next day.
How to redeem points?
At this time rewards gift cards can only be redeemed at Black Dog General Stores. Rewards cards cannot be redeemed online (hopefully in the future) or at Food Service locations.
How do I check my point status or ask questions about the program?
Please call any Black Dog General Store location, call Customer Service at 800-626-1991, or email us at Red Collar Rewards Customer Service.
Will my rank status ever change?
Rank level points must be maintained yearly to keep tier status.
Are there any purchases exempt from points?
Certain exclusions may apply. Points will not be rewarded on shipping charges, gift card redemption, donations, or food service purchases.
