  • The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining efficient service and a positive work environment. This role leads by example, supports the front-of-house team, resolves guest concerns, and works closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations during every shift.   We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and leads by example. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional hospitality, developing team members, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience. They are proactive, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team and the success of the restaurant.
