3. How much do I need to spend in order to receive free shipping?
You will receive free shipping for all orders $100+.
4. Where can I find the best available sizes for the products that I am looking for?
Every product page will have a link in the description titled 'Size Chart' which will show you all of the options. You can also click here to go directly to it.
5. Do you have eGift cards available that I can purchase?
Yes, you can purchase gift cards here and you can also use them in our retail stores as well. Unfortunately, gift cards do not work in our food service locations.
6. What is your return policy and where can I learn more information on it?

7. Where can I see all of the web orders and products that I have purchased since creating a Black Dog account?
On the top right hand side of the home page, you will see a "My Account" icon. Click that on, log into your account and your "Order History" will appear after logging in. You can also click here to go directly to the My Account login page.
8. How do I use a Discount Code that I received?
On the Cart page, there is a 'Discount Code' text box that you insert your code into the box first. After that hit the 'Apply' button and your discount will automatically be added to your total.
9. Who can I contact about ordering specialty or wedding cakes from the bakery?
