Safety Alert 2022

We have found a quality issue that may pose a potential safety hazard in infants and small children.  The items affected may include the following: 

• Lil Kids Classic Hoodie Sweatshirt (B443)  
• Lil Kids Ocean ¼ Zip Sweatshirt (B476)  
• Kids Classic Full Zip Sweatshirt (K651) 

We have found that with some items, the fabric tag may be dislodged from the metal zipper pull when tugged to the right or left.  We suggest consumers test their merchandise and proceed as follows:  

• Slide the tag off the zipper (if applicable) and continue to use product.
