"Paws" for the Greater Good
Updated May 24th, 2020
Dear Black Dog Family,
As a family-owned company, the health and well-being of our pack -- customers, employees, and partners -- is our highest priority. In order to do our part to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are taking several precautions as the U.S begins to reopen. Several of our stores have reopened with limited hours with only one employee working in the store. Other stores remain closed, while several stores in Massachusetts offer curbside pickup. To shop our curbside pick up in select Massachusetts stores, please fill out this form and one of our Store Managers will be in touch with you shortly to confirm availability, pick up time and payment - CURBSIDE PICKUP FORM
Our website is open and accepting orders, but may take longer than normal to process & ship. Most of our crew is still working from home and our Fulfillment Center is working with limited staff in order to continue to keep our employees safe. We apologize in advance for delays in shipment as we implement procedures to keep the highest safety standards in effect for our crew and our customers.
Our Customer Service Team is available from Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST for any questions you may have. Please email customerservice@theblackdog.com or call 800-626-1991.
We believe it is more important than ever to stay connected around the things we love most...including our furry friends and fans. Follow us on our social media channels for engaging content and ways to keep your pup entertained. We also encourage you to share photos and videos of how you and your pet are living "life on paws" for the greater good.. Whether you're enjoying the outdoors by taking a hike in the woods or learning some new tricks! Share these moments by tagging us @theblackdogmv on Instagram or Facebook and use #lifeonpaws or or #pawsforgreatergood.
Please remember to continue to check in on one another, go for that long walk, throw the ball to the dog one more time. It's weathering tough times that remind us how very special these life off the leash moments are.
Stay well, we look forward to seeing you all again soon.
Sincerely,
The Black Dog Tavern Company
