We have recently upgraded to a new POS (point of sale) system. Gift Cards purchased before July 12 can no longer be used for online purchases. If you have a Gift Card that you would like to use for an online order, please call our customer service line at 1-800-626-1991 to fulfill your Gift Card order over the phone. Gift Cards will still be valid at all our Black Dog retail locations. Thank you for your understanding.
